HOW TO - Identify if other software is using the same ports Ansys uses?

Description
Do you have other software (most often FlexNet license-based software - SolidWorks, Matlab, Creo, NX, etc.) installed on your Ansys license server that is conflicting with ports Ansys uses? Both programs cannot successfully use the same ports simultaneously. See the picture below for guidance on how to identify what ports are in use by what service & by what application.
To resolve this issue, you will need to change the ports your Ansy License server is using, or the conflicting application.
