ERROR - Electronics Desktop Won't Open/Launch

Error

You start Electronics Desktop and see the Ansys Electronics Desktop splash screen, but after the screen disappears, Electronics Desktop does not open and does not run in Task Manager.

Description/Cause

  1. Corrupted Ansys profile/settings
     
  2. Old GPU drivers
     
  3. AV/EDR is preventing Ansys or Ansys files from running.
