Description/Cause
The structures package is not installed or the installation may be missing files.
Solution
- Install the structures package that corresponds to the version of workbench you have installed.
- If you already have the structures package installed, please reinstall the package insuring you unzip the files prior to installation as well as right clicking the setup file and select Run as Administrator.
